Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce it quickly, please include:

• The page or tool you were using (a link is best).
• Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
• The steps you took and what happened instead of what you expected.
• The file type and approximate size, if the problem involves a file.
• For billing questions, the email address of your account and the date of the payment.

Never send your password. We will never ask for it.
